As you come to Lagos, Nigeria

Dear friends and family,

We’re so excited to have you join us in Lagos, Nigeria on January 10th, 2026 as we celebrate our love and begin this next chapter of our journey together.

Whether you’re coming from Lagos, the United States, or anywhere in between, we truly appreciate the effort you’re making to be with us.

Please see a few helpful tips to make your travel planning a breeze:

📍Event Location

Lagos, Nigeria

Plan to arrive two or three days before the ceremonies to settle in, vibe and enjoy the city if you’re coming from the States.

🛫 Flying In

Murtala Muhammed International Airport is the airport in Lagos, Nigeria. It’s well connected with direct flights from major cities across the United States. Prices climb quickly near the date; so be sure to book your flight early.

🛂 Visa & Travel Docs

American passport holders need a visa to enter Nigeria. There’s an option for e-visa: https://visa.immigration.gov.ng

You can reach out to Zachary or Folajuwon in case there’s any questions regarding the visa processing. We are also eager to send supporting documents we can provide from our end to back up your visa application(if necessary).

Make sure your passport has at least 6months validity before applying for your visa

🏨 Where to Stay

We have a recommended AirBnB close to the wedding venue; it is recommended because it is in a secured environment with extra security measures to be put in place for everyone’s comfortability. You can reach out to us prior to the wedding to secure a room in the AirBnB before your arrival to Nigeria.

🚘 Getting around in Lagos

We would love to give our International friends a treat by providing rental cars to pick you up from the airport(as well as drop you off when you are to return back to the states) and take you all around Lagos during your stay.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Lagos, dance, laugh and make memories together.

1. When is the RSVP deadline?

Kindly RSVP by November 10th, 2025 so we can plan properly and make sure there’s more than enough Nigerian Jollof for everyone😉

2. Can I bring a date?

Yes

3. What should I wear?

Dress like you’re coming to a proper royal wedding. White outfit and blue headgear will do the trick.

4. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our marriage ceremonies, as well as reception will be indoors.

5. Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Absolutely!
